Royal Civil Service Medal Award Ceremony for ecRLDC

In a simple but humble and humility defined ceremony, the staffs of ecRLDC in Zhemgang were awarded with the Royal Civil Service Medals for their ten (10) years of service under the Department of Livestock, Ministry of Agriculture & Forests . The medals were accorded to the following staff: 1) Mr. Tshering Tobgay, LPO 2) Mr. Leki, Accounts Asstt. 3) Mr. Wangchuk Dorji, Driver 4) Mr. Kencho Rinzin, FFO (Absent due to border duty as a Desuung) 5) Mr. Samdrup, ESP (Absent due to resignation) The medals were awarded on behalf of the RCSC and MoAF by the Regional Director of RLDC, Zhemgang and urged the recipients to re-dedicate themselves and serve the Tsa-Wa-Sum with higher vigor and humility.
