ecRLDC bid adieu to Mr. Kelzang Jigme, Sr. Laboratory Technician and Mr. Nandalal Chettri, Deputy Chief Livestock Officer working in TVH&SL, Gelephu under RLDC, Zhemgang on 18th April 2020.
Mr. Kelzang Jigme first joined the Department on 1st October 1981 as a Laboratory Technician in RVEC, Serbithang (now named as NCAH, Serbithang). He then worked in SVL, Dewathang and SVL, Phuntsholing before being transferred to SVL, Gelephu; from where he superannuated after serving 38 years and 5 months under the Department.
Mr. Nandalal Chettri joined the Department on 1st May 1985 as ADLO in Dzongkhag Administration, Punakha and simultaneously looked after Dzomi and Gunma Gewogs as Livestock Extension Agent during his posting in Punakha. He later worked as ADLO in Dzongkhag Administration in Samdrupjongkhar and Sarpang before being transferred to TVH&SL, Gelephu. He served the department for 34 years and 9 months before being superannuated this year.
