10th February 2020: A case of BQ in a heifer cow was reported on 5th February 2020 in Dungbi village, Trong Gewog under Zhemgang. The case was confirmed through post-mortem examination and bacteriological identification.
All the control measures are currently being undertaken and the outbreak is under containment as of now.
